I also dont think it was Maxs intention for people to actually listen to it everytime they heard the album, he just wanted to show his respect by putting a minute of silence in between all that chaos, lol

Always skip it ... it's a stupid track. Completely breaks the speed of the record. But then again, that's a weak point on 3 anyway.

So the anniversary of 9/11 got me thinking...when listening to the album 3 how many of you fast forward through the minute of silence? I usually skip it and move on to Call to Arms

sometimes i skip it, other times i let it play and i think about family that has passed or friends in jail and shit,.

i have never skipped it.not so much out of respect for the people who died there,but more just not wanting to break the albums intended continuity.
dont really think about anything during the silent minute,i know the music will be starting up again soon.
