I've been debating creating a political/news oriented forum for a while, but I want to keep it civil and organized.

Here's the idea.

All articles or discussions started must cite a relevant scientific/intellectual(?. fuck.. even cnn qualifies, i guess.. ) article to be qualified for introducition or else they are locked until they are revised with cited justification... anyone else interested??

i may be drunk and blindly hopeful; otherwise i might be on to something... you decide.
