I wasnt huge on the SOD kinda look on the OMEN record but since im a SW fan and them dam sand people rule and also the 7 sin thing kinda cool then it passes for me. I DEFINETLY DONT THINK SOUFLYS 7 first recrods are sins though, by any means. They are and were the grounds and katalyst for me growing up. im 25 so I have had a new soulfly record to look forward to since I was 12! (1986) - 1997 SOULFLY I but since primitive you name it I came recall where I was and what happened first time I heard the recordll......

SOULFLY - SOULFLY 1997 - I rode my bike to my buddys and walked in to Bumba bumba, instant fan 4 LIFE..I was 13

SOULFLY - PRIMITIVE 2000 - I bought this record with Chaos A.D. , and Use once and destroy (Superjoint) I was 14

SOULFLY - III 2001 - I bought this and told my friends that soulfly had gotten so much heavier and we jammed it the whole way threw and loved the first 5 songs so fing much that they ALL went out and bought it , influencial to us all! this was my turning point into soulfly and always thought they got so heavy from 3 on, I follwed them every way since I was 15

SOULFLY PROPHECY 2004 - Told different group of friends that we HAD to buy the new Soulfly album and we did, they didnt like it as much as much as me so I bought it from him and I was a huge fan of living sacrifice (first song I EVER learned on GUITAR, *Thanks Marc! AND also LOTM, Born again anarchist and of course Soulfly IV , which brings spritial meaning to my life from day one! They have always gave me strength and the will to carry on, never for get that and how great I thought they were - I was 17 at this time


SOULFLY - DARK AGES 2005 - VERY VERY SAD TIME FOR ME IN MY LIFE...I had a gf i hated, my hero DIMEBAG DARRELL just got MURDERED I got kicked outta of school for getting a bj in school and I had a shit car shit job and just shit. This cd made me give me strength, I ended up getting a new car (nice one) new gf (hot one) and a new job (decent) but this cd will ever go down as the one that made me believe in max and marc as upbrining hereo's to me - I was 19



SOULFLY - CONQUER 2008 - By this time I was in college because of my (hot gf) and was full-force into metal scence, seen about or close to 100 bands and shows and seen SOULFLY (2) twice this year and the return of ohhh fuck yeahhh CAVALERA CONSPIRACY!!! That made my year, my life really seen the brothers w/opening band Throwdown and Dillinger Escape Plan, well lets just say it was EPIC! tROOPS OF doom, arise/dec, Refuse / Resist, roots, etc it was great! - I was 21


SOULFLY - OMEN 2010 - I Had a good job and was graduating college, this cd almost gave me a heartattack I played it soo much in its first couple weeks I blew to boose sound systems and my sub woofer in my truck! Insane mega-doom and kingdom and by far my fav but never thought from primitive to this how heavy they would get! Cant wait for 2012 -I was 23

SOULFLY - ENSLAVED 2012 - I AM currently waiting for this cd, with a new line-up since 2003, IDK what to expect but every cd had outdone eachother and booby burns was a douschebag so yea to the coolest bass player since rex brown or cliff! We shall see, from what I heard this cd is breaking Soulfly ground and hoping, really hoping they bring back some tribal elements or some kind of unusual element that others are afraid to try, this is WHAT MAKES SOULFLY UNIQUE, CREATIVE AND THE BEST BAND IN THE WORLD. and i WILL GO ON FILE WITH THAT tribe 4ever mother fucker
