Sorry if this maybe has been asked before (!)

But, What happend to the band "Sepultallica"?

They were around in the mid-90's and Sepultura thanked them in the booklet of the "Chaos A.D"-album?

Any info?

Thanks!

This is from a Polish Sepultura fan site:

SEPULTALLICA
"There was a party right in Phoenix, we didn't live there those days.. and there came all of Arizona's bands etc... There were guys from Megadeth, and Jason and the rest of Metallica. And then we drunk the same, and started talking about doing some music. Sepultallica was the first name that we created quickly for gossips and fans too. We were playing jazz standards, old blues and reggae. It was really unserious and one day after drinkin' party I started to see also the rest of Metallica. I don't know why were we doin' this.. We didn't want to record Sepultalica's.. "
That's what Andreas said about Sepultallica.
In 1992, James Hetfield was blistered by pirotechnical effects during concert. He could sing but Metallica had to find someone for guitar playing. Newsted invided Andreas for rehearsal, and Kisser came to Denver playing with Kirk and Jason. Altough the band didn't decide to play with Kisser, they became friends and created this really fucked up project. Demo tape that they recorder, was never published.. and maybe it's good for us.

I've also find this about Sepultallica:

Sepultallica
Denver, CO and San Francisco, CA - 1992
Line-up:
Jason Newsted - bass & vocals
Andreas Kisser - guitar
John Marshall - guitar
Kelly Smith - drums
Eric Braverman - vocals

Their only release, the Spermogo Demo, came out in 1995.
