yeah, "Death magic doom" is great, I hate "iron-maiden-like-stuff" but Candlemass is really good!

I wrote up a list of about 50 albums that I loved this year for MetalInjection, but I won't bother you dudes with that.. Instead I'll just say that a month after having wrote the list, the one that's still sticking out the most in my head is...

Nile - Those Whom the Gods Detes

.. "Kafir" just might be my favorite metal song of the entire decade. Can't wait to join the pit to that one when they come to MN in a couple weeks..

a-lex is fuckin sick with it, i listen to that one a lot "Moloko mesto!!" "what i do" "filthy rot". Pestilence's new one also was amazing, "devouring frenzy" make me want to kill haha

new megadeth is pretty cool 2, although to me its all about "so far so good so what" and "rust in peace" "peace sells" albums.

jan.23rd, testament/slayer/megadeth playing here in phoenix. its like thrash of the titans 2010 hahaha!!!

estament's newest offering was very strong IMO as well.

slayer are slayer, eh... whatever.

Anybody listened to The Empire Shall Fall debut already? It's been released this week. Amazing record, probably the best metalcore release this year. To be honest it's not your generic type of metalcore, it's more progressive metalcore. Oh for those who don't know, this is Jesse Leech's new band.
